Normally, buyers might shun any property with a wash running through it. However, my “Boots on the Ground” feel on this one increases each time I visit (3 times so far) making me believe this wash is actually a major positive feature for several reasons.

The wash creates a natural separation of approx 1/3 and 2/3 portion each with flat areas for a home.
